How is Kili Converted into Power Levels?

The kiri meter doesn't seem to go higher than 3000 anyways.
That's kinda like saying you can't go higher than 24,000 because Zarbon's scouter broke.
The kili meter maxed out at 3,000, but that doesn't mean that was the exact power Goku used against Yakon. It could've been more, but we don't know.

No, if you look at the meter, it only seems to have a few measurements, or none at all, after 3000.

I might have misread. I thought you meant that it was impossible to go over 3,000 Kili because the meter didn't go higher. I was just giving a comparison, if that was what you meant. If it's not, my bad :P

So with all that said, can we all agree that that "200-300 kilis is enough to destroy a planet" statement is not true because it wasn't stated in the manga.
It was stated in the Daizenshuu, wasn't it?
